Canadian Nutrition Society Meeting 2020 recognizes BCDRN researchers

The Canadian Nutrition Society 2020 (CNS) meeting scheduled for May 4-7, 2020 was not held in Edmonton as planned. Instead, the CNS held four days of online sessions including their annual trainee poster and infographic competition. Congratulations to the CNS organizing committee for their success bringing together Canadian nutrition researchers from coast to coast during uncertain times.

Congratulations to BC Diabetes Research Network’s Post Doctoral Fellow Dr Alejandra Wiedeman and Masters graduate Cynthia Ramirez from the University of British Columbia. They are both part of Dr Angela Devlin and Dr Dina Panagiotopoulos research teams at the BC Children’s Hospital and they work collaboratively on translational research projects.
