The Canadian Health Minister, Ginette Petitpas Taylor, unveiled Canada’s new food guide.
Canada’s food guide was last revised in 2007.
The new Canada Food Guide has moved away from portions from four food groups. The new food guide focusses on a new simplified approach that encourages plant-based eating, drinking more water and eating less processed foods.
