As the 100th anniversary of the discovery of insulin approaches,  Canada continues to demonstrate international leadership in diabetes research.  The University of Toronto is organizing events in 2021 highlighting the impact of scientific discoveries on the lives of Canadians living with diabetes.

Starting in January 2021 the University of Toronto (U of T) will begin a series of “Insulin 100” lectures. There are opportunities for trainees to submit abstracts/virtual electronic posters.

April 15 & 16, 2021 U of T will host a series of faculty lectures.
