Podcast host Krista Lamb is joined by BC Diabetes Research Network researcher Dr. Mary Jung. Dr Jung is an associate professor at the School of Health and Exercise at the University of British Columbia Okanagan. Her major research area is self-regulation of health behaviours, with a specialization in exercise, physical activity, and dietary behaviours, and the creation of community-based interventions for individuals at risk or living with type 2 diabetes.
